Last year, I was incredibly lucky to have been asked to do the makeup for Husna in June. Their wedding took place at the insanely beautiful Roman Baths in Bath.

The wonderful photographer is Emily Black and the hairstyles were created by Sam Dare from Bath Bridal hair. I of course was on the makeup 🙂
Husna wanted a smokey eye but of course, to still have fresh looking skin. Working with the knowledge that the Roman Baths are very dimly lit, we wanted to make sure that our look would still stand out but not be over the top.
We opted for dark greys and black for the eyes rather than browns as this complimented the overall feel of the wedding far more and really emphasised Husna’s beautiful features. Sam from Bath Bridal Hair created a stunning updo with worked so well with the low cut back of the dress.
We had decided to keep everyones makeup very natural and understated which would work perfectly with the mix of white and rose coloured bridesmaid and flower girls dresses.
Sam and I worked together to create these looks and it was so lovely to see a familiar face at a wedding!
