The booking of the event is only reserved once the client has paid a non-refundable deposit to the Makeup Artist. The deposit is £50 – this is required to secure the event. The event will not be secured until the initial deposit is paid. Arranging a trial does not reserve the Makeup Artist’s services for the event. All wedding events are subject to a £300 per day minimum spend, excluding travel costs. Travel costs are paid per artist on the booking. Trials must be paid for at the scheduled trial date in cash or bank transfer 7 days before, made payable to your artist. The client can cancel a trial at any point, however a trial cancelled with less than 48 hours notice will be charged for at the agreed rate.
Payments can be made by card or via bank transfer, cheques will not be accepted. The non-refundable deposit of £50 paid by the client is taken off the final balance.
The non-refundable booking fee covers my non-recoverable costs which includes but is not limited to:
- administration work towards the wedding date including; time scheduling for the wedding day,
- email correspondence
- phone conversations
- reservation of the wedding date in my calendar
The final balance is to be paid in full by the client seven days (7) before the event. Failure to pay the fee within the stated time will result in the event being cancelled by the Makeup Artist, unless previously agreed with your artist.
All services are final and confirmed once they have been added to my diary. If the agreed services are reduced, the total amount quoted will remain the same and no refund will be offered should the change occur less than 4 weeks before your wedding date.
